About Amit D Patel

Amit has always been around the hospitality sector. His family has been in the hotel and restaurant industry for many years. Growing up, he became involved in learning about the business side but developed a liking for the construction aspects as well. Upon moving to Florida, he joined the company and heads its development division with primary responsibility to supervise department professionals, contracted labor, procure supplies and materials. He has systematized processes to assess market rate changes to make sure that baselines standards are established.
